Free shipping on every order, UK and USA. No minimum spend and no hidden fees.
Order processing
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:00 are usually dispatched the same or the next business day.
- Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- Every camera is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves us.

Delivery times start from dispatch, not from the order date.
Tracking and insurance
- You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- You can follow your parcel at any time with our order tracking page.
- All parcels are fully insured in transit.
Customs and duties (USA)
Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are shown clearly before you pay. We will always tell you if something extra applies.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can change the address as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
