30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Free returns for faulty or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay for the return shipping and you choose between a full refund (including the original shipping) and a replacement.
Changed your mind?
You can return an item for any reason within 30 days. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all accessories, packaging and paperwork included.
How to return an item
- Email support@cammarket.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return instructions and address within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and send it back with tracking. We recommend insured shipping.
- We inspect it when it arrives and confirm by email.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
- Your bank may need a few extra days to show the payment.
Items we cannot accept back
- Items returned damaged through misuse, drops or liquid damage
- Items returned with missing parts or accessories
- Items returned after 30 days
